CCTV Training Courses

We provide CCTV training for asset owners, engineers and contractors.

ProjectMax provides CCTV training based on the New Zealand Pipe Inspection Manual (NZPIM). This industry guideline was developed by ProjectMax for the WaterNZ : Water Services Managers’ Group for the inspection of pipelines.

The course covers the CCTV inspection of gravity pipelines and the identification and grading of structural and service faults. This is essential knowledge for those operating CCTV cameras as well as those administering the inspection contract and undertaking pipe condition assessment.

Training Course for the Assessment of New Constructed Pipe

The course is intended for Engineers whose role is to review and assess the acceptability of new constructed pipe.  The Assessment of New constructed pipe is based on the assessment of any defects and whether they are within the acceptable serviceability limit of the pipe.  This course covers guidelines for asset owners or engineers (in line with the 4th Edition of the NZ Gravity Pipe Inspection Manual) to help evaluate information provided by CCTV inspections and to enable them to differentiate between defects that are acceptable, defects that need repair, and defects that need further engineering assessment or further investigation.
